REGISTRATION & WAIVER

I hereby waive, release and discharge, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, assignees and successors in interest and any and all rights and claims which I have and/or which may hereafter accrue to me against the SURVIVORS MC for any and all damage which may be sustained by me or my motorcycle directly or arising out of my participation at this Motorcycle Run. These damages include, but are not limited too, physical damage to my motorcycle and/or bodily injury to myself and/or any passengers.
